How To Stop Attracting Broke People In Your Life And Your Business

  • Sharebar

Do you feel buried in quicksand from the relationships that surround you, and no matter how hard you fight to get out, they keep pulling you back telling you to stay because it’s “warm here”???

How many times have you prayed for a better circle of friends, and more valuable and life enhancing relationships?

I know I did.

Although I come from South Central Los Angeles, have a background where I was the leader of the pack when it came to trouble and mischievousness, the truth is that God altered my life and I no longer need to be bound to my past because of who I used to be, and neither do you!

So many of us feel guilty for being a better person and wanting more out of life, and this guilt tends to hinder us in many ways of which I’ll share with you in today’s video!

Check out the video below and please share it with others that you think it can benefit.  It’s time that we put it all out on the table and begin being more transparent about what we’re faced with so we can make the necessary changes to overcome those hurdles.

Also leave a comment below as I’d love to hear from you and hear how this video has helped you!

As an entrepreneur, woman and human we all know that we are sometimes our circumstances. We are often low when we are down and high when we are up but, I tend to look at life like through a different set of lenses. I am who I want to attract. I hope this doesn’t come off as overzealous but, my parents always said birds of the same feather flock together; my grandmother said that one is always the reflection of who you attract and let’s not forget Oprah who said your income is a direct reflction of your 5 closest friends. So Pookey and Junebug as Cory above mentioned, are not in my Rolodex nor are they in my email list serve. I can’t say that I congregate with them at all. Don’t get me wrong Im not better than them, our needs and wants are exactly the same but our paths are different.. I just set a goal to be the best at what ever I do and work my hardest. And understanding that I have a pretty high goal, I work very, very hard often times with fear in one hand and a shield in other. But as for the boat ride, If they did get in, I’d change the course to a ride of growth, opportunity and success. I would show them something different so they can seek something different. We only know what we know.

Yes Nicole you went IN on that video!  It’s crazy how when you figure out how most of society is more comfortable with “doom & gloom” the QUICKER you want to be around people who are ambitious, passionate and forward thinking!

This video was so needed. There comes a time when as leaders we must not care what other think or say in order to fulfill our purpose while we’re here.I thoroughly enjoyed you sharing your memories and your passion – took me back to our time in Phoenix and the quotes of that “8 million dollar earner” said to us that day. – PRICELESS!
