I’m very passionate about:
Helping people discover their passions!

Wealth Building Activities
Reading
Traveling
Spending time with family
Being Goofy, Silly and flat out acting crazy every now and then.
I love Children, and working with inner city youth.
& I love making money!!

“Riches is what you have, wealth is who you are!”

This quote defines my life purpose!!! I have always desired to know my purpose and what I was born to accomplish in this world. When I heard my Pastor make this statement, I was immediately convinced that wealth and money would never be a problem for me and that I was FREE to live my life doing the things that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Now, I consider myself the wealthiest person on earth because I am able to live a life of TOTAL FREEDOM, doing what I want to do, when I want to do it, how I want to do it and it feels great.

I’ve never been into the 9-5 but I did work every possible day of my life from the tender age of 9 until my senior year in college. I’ve always loved to work, but I wanted to make sure that I got up each morning with excitement rather than feeling obligated to do so in exchange for a darn check.

So, here I am….and whewww, I’m truly loving life!

Follow The Yellow Brick Road

My journey in entrepreneurship started at a young age. However, because this is the short of the long version (I know yoru thinking, REALLY??) I’ll share the highlights as Epiphany moments in my life.

Epiphany is defined as: a moment where you have realized something, pretty much like an “Ah ha!” moment.

Ephiphany #1: As a child, I sold candy and found myself earning nearly $100 some days at the age of 9. I was making more money than some of my adult neighbors. This was my first introduction to entrepreneurship.

Epiphany #2: I got my first job at Taco Bell at the age of 15. I would work during my spare time, putting in about 3-4 days a week, earning under $150 every 2 weeks. During that time I think the minimum wage was either $4.25 or $5.00 an hour.

BOTTOM LINE, I saw the need to work for self. I knew then that working for someone else wouldn’t pay well…..my drive for entrepreneurship would continue to build.

Epiphany #3: 1994: At age 17, I went away to college and struggled with who I wanted to be when I grew up cause I never had a desire to work for anyone. I would intern and work as much as possible trying every industry that I thought I wanted to pursue, weeding out those that I discovered I didn’t enjoy.

Epiphany #4: 1995: First introduced to Network Marketing.. Hmm, I like this industry!

Epiphany #5: 1998-1999 (Junior and Senior Year at Auburn University) I decided to intern for BellSouth in Atlanta, GA. This was the most miserable experience of my life.

Here I was, 21 years old, sitting in traffic, trapped in a cubicle for 9-10 hours a day surrounded by people drinking black coffee walking around like zombies all day…………..

NOTE TO SELF: After finishing this intern, I will never work in corporate America Again….and I didn’t;) Patting myself on the back for sticking to my guns on this one!!

Epiphany #6: 2003, First year in real Estate…. I was exposed to people earning 5 figure checks after flipping properties. Hmm, the light bulb went off.

I’m in the right place at the right time!!

Epiphany #7: December 2004; I wrote out a detailed plan with a goal of earning 6 figures for the following year, 2005. I was very specific down to the amount of closings I would have and how much I would earn on average from each one…….

Epiphany #8: 2005, I hit the 6 Figure Mark!! This is it, I’m right on track to wealth building….whewwww!! My introduction to Real Estate Investment started as I set a goal to purchase 25 Investment Properties over the course of the next 5 years, and purchased my first 4 that year.

Epiphany #9: 2007, Real Estate Crash….Oh No, is this really happening?? I discovered that having a Plan B, C, D and E as your Plan A is the way to go.

Key Word: Multiple Streams of Income!

Cliche: Don’t put all your eggs in one basket!

I was introduced to Bankruptcy Court, Repossession, Foreclosure and the rest goes on and on………this was the year of a Great Story in other words!!

Epiphany #10: 2008; Back on the job market, I discovered “Internet Marketing Income”. Found my mentor and it was the start to my career. By the end of the year, I was earning small amounts of income online. Around $100 a month. Whoopdeedoo, it worked..I just needed to keep plugging away.

Epiphany #11: 2009; joined my Primary Business. Applied my Internet Marketing Strategies and was making 5 Figures per month after my 4th month in the business….. Cha-Ching, Cha-Ching!!

Epiphany #12: 2010; Although I’m earning a great deal of income, I quickly discovered the activities that eat away at your time in exchange for the income. Instead of working hard on my home based business, I was introduced to true leverage and income automation.

I set a goal to make 2010 the Year of Productivity and Automated Income!!

Note To Self: Stop thinking like a 6 Figure earner, and think more like a 7 & 8 Figure Earner…we discuss this more in detail in my FREE Ebook Training.
